With the 'Learning Circles' methodology there are Pre, During & Post workshop modules. For Asynchronous Learning we use Questions, Polls, Comments, Research Projects, Rankings, Videos and other Tasks and Feedback to ensure participation. The analytics are all recorded in the LMS.

Conversion to HTML5
PowerPoint is still one of the most versatile learning software options available today. Using existing PowerPoint learning and adapting and converting it to HTML5 is a lower cost yet effective option. Interactive Quizzes, Surveys, Simulations, FAQ's, Glossaries, Timelines and Processes can easily be added and fully customised. The final content can easily be edited.
Mobile Device Based
Despite being Mobile based, our MicroLearning courses are still packed with a lot of interactive activities. What we use largely depends on the software capabilities in the course authoring, and the limitations of the various devices. However Interactive Quizzes, Surveys, Simulations, FAQ's, Glossaries, Timelines and Processes can easily be added and fully customised to ensure engagement.
In all types of corporate learning it is obviously important to continually engage delegates. In a face-to-face environment with a skilled trainer or facilitator there are tried and tested methods to do that. In a virtual training environment however it is much more difficult, so the range of techniques that need to be used are more. We use around 80 different Learning Actions to ensure training is engaging and therefore effective. These are some that we use. All are designed to provide delegates with a learning journey, and clients with measurable ROI :

Gamification techniques can be used to promote the commitment of employees and students to the learning process. We 'Gamify' just the right elements of our training content, so as to actually reward the learners behaviour, and it's like a dopamine release in the brain. Most of us like a game and the rewards that can come with it, and there are many options.

Long-term learning is rarely achieved in one event. as we all have a learning and forgetting curve. A technique called Spaced Learning helps learners learn quickly and forget slowly, and is based on a cognitive technique called 'Repetition'. Learning is best delivered like a dripping tap; in small 'Chunks' of information, which is why we run Pre & Post modules so as to schedule the right learning.
A Qualitative Research Tool
Projective Techniques are a key tool used in qualitative market research for accessing sub-conscious needs, motivations, attitudes and perceptions. We are skilled in this area and use the method to access and reach information delegates might not otherwise divulge. They provide a completely different dimension to learning e.g 'Planet', 'Bring an Item', 'Role Play' 'Psyco-Drawings'.

Digital Learning is fast becoming more about the validation of information, with delegates being guided to find out topics on their own and in their own time than what they learn directly from the facilitator. Getting learners to research topics themselves is a very effective way for them to learn new or complex topics. Giving guidance on the best sources is very important for continuity.

With the advances in technology, there are many types of interactivity that can be put into all types of learning. Quizzes, Simulations, Motion Graphics, Scenarios, Screenshot Conversions, Polls, Rankings & many more.
We place a lot of emphasis on the development of interactions to ensure they are fun to use and have a clear and defined purpose. Complexity rarely works well.
In nearly all of our learning modules, but especially those in Presentations, Sales and Messaging, we ask learners to come prepared with existing material. Throughout the Pre, During & Post stages the content is refined over and over to ensure the best possible output. Learners then use the output in 'real time' so the return on investment is more measurable with the 'before and after'.
